Big Board

The Big Board is a space where the facilitators of the Focus Areas will update the Conference participants of the emerging ideas from around the Conference. Each Focus Area will have a row on the Big Board and every hour of the Conference is a column. As the facilitators gather notes from the groups every hour they will update the Big Board.

Participants are encouraged to interact with the Big Board by observing the particular discussions and emerging patterns. There will be plenty of space for them to write their thoughts next to the one or two page reports posted by the facilitators for their Focus Areas. The Big Board will also be an ideal place for participants to go to learn what is happening elsewhere in the Conference and then join into those discussions.

The Big Board will form the focal point for the Conference during Re-Group and Wrap-Up. This is because the Big Board will be used to pull out the core ideas that will move forward with the Working Groups in their Focus Areas.
