- Date: Sunday, September 30th
- Team: Jill Doucette, Mark Chandler, Danielle Leduc
- Food Ideas:
- Pizza, soup, fruit and veggie platters, pita and hummus, iced tea.
ACTION: Jill, Danielle, Emily and Mark to meet in the morning and go grocery shopping. food to be stored at POLIS. ACTION: at 3:00pm, prepare the food. ACTION:4:00pm, invite everyone to POLIS.

- Provide a space for current CE members to meet each other, socialize and celebrate our successes.
- An opportunity to raise awareness of CE and engage new people. (when selling tickets, have general information about CE).
- Raise money.

Maximum 300 - want to have space for people to talk to each other, while still creating a fun, relaxed atmosphere.
- Revenue: tentatively $5 /ticket
