- Completing the structure of the conference's agenda, in particular the structure of Sunday
- How do we modify the "news, now, next, and nuts" format to make decisions on elements of the plan, integrate those elements, and engage people to implement the next steps?
- Inviting Gordon Campbell to speak
- We need to think through the timeline for preparing the planning projects, preparing the posters and the presentations.
Specifically, we have the Michele Pujol Room booked on September 29 and 30. How do we best use this space to prepare for the conference?

- Engaging new people in the planning projects will be vital for their success. Having workshops in September, before the conference, is an opportunity for new people, namely students and staff, to engage.
- This will take lots of organization and planning. Is this a priority for Common Energy to invest in?
