Milestone 6: Report new Inventory and Evaluate

A new inventory is collected at the end of the year and to compared with the base-year. This is useful to reward achievements, evaluate the effectiveness of actions, and build further awareness. A brief reporting document with an eye to past accomplishments and future plans should be created at this point and collected throughout the University Challenge for everyone to read. Progress will be monitored throughout the university challenge.
