[edit] Terms of Reference
The Network Development Team has been established to handle the following areas with respect to Common Energy as a whole:
- Governance of Common Energy including the formulation of bylaws.
- Fundraising strategy
- Policy
It will:
- Meet biweekly - Tuesdays at 7pm for 1 hour.
- Be comprised of members of Common Energy UVic and UBC. At least two members from each school hub will have to be present for decisions to be made.
- Make decisions using Modified Formal Consensus.
- Have a rotating facilitator. The facilitator will be responsible for posing questions on the wiki for members so they have feedback ready for the next meeting.
- Choose the next facilitator at the end of each meeting.
- Hold each meeting via Web/video conferencing - Naomi will look into it and be back to us by Monday June 26th.

Our next meeting will be figuring out how we define membership in our bylaws. Keeping in mind that we decided that membership will not be based on fees, but participation, please consider the following questions before the next meeting:
What should be the priorities for membership in Common Energy?
What types of engagement are we after?
How do we define membership based on participation?
