Eddie took us through potential films to show for the next for 4 Movie Nights.
Issues: ordering specific movies is difficult through the uvic library. Earth Energy, Tarsands - issues with finding movies.
Future of Food - pertinent to Common Energy's Food working group.
Mark: Could start with least obscure movies, and finish off with the most obscure. Bring people in initially with more mainstream films to recruit an abundance of volunteers at the beginning.
Ideal movie line-up:
- Tarsands = August
- The End of Suburbia= September
- The Future of Food = October
- Earth Energy = November
- Being Cariboo = December
Next steps: Licensing - work on getting Tarsands movie soon.

Having this line-up ahead of time beneficial for planning advertisements. Mark: another issue, to show something with their projector would be expensive.
Caitlin: Can use club projector for free, or VIPIRG.
DECISION: Add Dec. 18th to movie nights. ACTION: All to research how to get the movie and how to get it properly licensed. ACTION: Mark to book the 18th of December for final movie night.

Looking over poster, we should cut Wiki Developers.
Keep first page simple; initial title, 3 paragraphs, contact info (website, email) Second page include many ways to involved - working groups, event organizers.
