- Decision: The Going Beyond Climate-Neutral Conference will be held on the weekend of October 12, 13, and 14
- Decision: There will be quotas for the numbers of people that we will accept for registration from the different segments
- Decision:
- Decision: The website must show the conference very prominently or people will become confused
- Decision: Emphasize to participants that they will learn from the conversations, that they will be asked to participate in the conversations, and the criteria that we are using for evaluating various components of the strategy

- Brandy introduced the idea of "news, now, next, and nuts" as a four part structure for the Sunday session
- The News section will feature a short newsletter from the notable ideas of the previous day (compiled Saturday night), and will have a time for the participants to learn what has happened and share their experiences
- Question: How do we give people a chance to share and learn without bogging down the morning session and keeping people interested?
- The Now section could focus on pulling together the new ideas from Saturday and reviewing them to be included in the GBCN plan, there needs to be a way to change or exclude ideas that would be damaging to the plan
- Question: How do we do this without risking a "blow up" in the session? How do we ensure that this efficiently moves us towards a conclusion?
- The Next section could focus on prioritizing the different elements of the GBCN plan - possibly along three main criteria: cost, GHG reductions, "beyond" effect - and also ease or feasibility
- Question: What's the exact process for for this?
- The Nuts sections could then focus on the implementation steps and getting participants to commit to following through with elements of the plan

- Action: Research Team members will consider the four part structure for decision at the next research team meeting on Monday, July 30th.
- Decision: Draft of the agenda will be ready for circulation after Monday the 30th, a finalized agenda will be sent out on August 6th
