- Need to get people to read our page who don't know anything - need to improve the About Us page
- Need to improve the minutes
- Writers - Joe of Food Group: We're in good step right now. Everyone was to review what we have on the web so that people are aware of glaring mistakes. Only thing that we're not doing enough of is personal calling people up. But we've been waiting on that.
- Need to have more broad based communication training as they go out and meet people
- Maybe this could be a useful way for getting new people up to speed
- Just in general to get people involved
- Transportation team is a little bit confused as to exactly what we're supposed to be doing - also a bit confused by the inter-faculty challenge
- Business - We have a lot of good ideas but do not yet have the research
- Do we have a good way of getting in touch with advisers?
Roundtable discussion - included the best ways to get admin involved - in particular that we need to keep the momentum going so that we are highly valuable
Decision:
- Jamie will send out that link as part of general clarifying email that he's going to send out tonight (One page about two pages, inter-faculty challenge, what's supposed to happen with the researchers/advisers)
- Ask Communications to get people to look into the website to tell us what is confusing.
