It will be important to make the space welcoming, especially for the News section on Sunday.
- This section was deferred as there was not enough time to fully discuss it. Brandy will finish in conversation with other Common Energy members.

Brandy went over what should be in the package:
- Cover page
- Logistics - where people can get things, maps, etc.
- One pager on open space
- Agenda in full
- Sponsors shown

ACTION: Brandy and Naomi will prepare a "10" things facilitators need to keep in mind for the conference sheet.

We can confirm that there will be reps from UVic and UBC's sustainability offices and senior adminsitration. We will also have reps from AVED.
ACTION: Brandy will write the follow up letter to Erik with this information included.
