• Responsibility over the development of an organizational structure
• Right to reprsent the hub to the network

• Right to create strategic planning of the UVic hub
• Responsibility over the development of the organizational structure
• Responsible for overseeing the administration and financial reporting of the society to the members
• Right to make decision around grant fundraising
