The Seasonal Food Calendar is fully described in the following two PDF documents. Please see them for a description of what the calendar goals are and how it will be designed to achieve those goals.
- Document sent to farmers in the South Vancouver Island Direct Farm Marketing Association -this was an ask sent out for photos of local farms
- Document sent to chefs of the Island Chef Collaborative - this was an ask sent out for recipes using seasonal produce

The calendar was sold at the following locations:

It was a successful fundraiser with all but a small handful of the 400 printed being sold.
