University Challenge 2007 Positions

The following is a draft for the positions within the University Challenge in the Fall of 2007/Spring 2008.
University Challenge Coordinator- The University Challenge Coordinator will be focused within the following areas:
- Communications
- Research
- Writing/Editing
- Finances/Fundraising
- Facilitation
- Provincial Networking
- Project Management
Communications Coordinator- The Communications Coordinator will be focused within the following areas:
- Recruitment
- Public Relations
- Media
- Networking/Outreach
Outreach Assistant The Outreach Assistant will aid the Communications Coordinator in the areas he/she is responsible for. This may involve appearing at events as a Common Energy (and specifically a University Challenge) Representative, putting together promotional material, meeting with groups on campus, ect.
Writer/Editor The Writer will be focused within the following areas:
- Wiki Management
- Over see Creating the Draft Document and the Final Document
- Relaying Research to Wiki and Documents
- Minutes
- Design and Final Editing of Document
Research Coordinator The Research Coordinator will be focused within the following areas:
- Process of workshops and meetings
- Design and Final Editing of Document
- Science and Language of the Document
- Coordinating the University Challenge with other GHG reductions projects and mandates.
Research Assistants (2) The Research Assistants will take on parts of the research to be done for the project, which lowers the chances of the research coordinator to feel overwhelmed. If the demand for hours is not within research, at any givin time the research assistants can work with the Communications Coordinator, Writer, or University Challenge Coordinator.
