- Create a Climate Action Team of champions that are representative of the institution (i.e. student, staff, and faculty).
- Assess the impacts of the institution and its tools. (See Tools and Calculators Appendix)
- Set goals, create an Action Plan for the year, and share those goals and actions on the wiki. (See Actions Appendix)
- Implement the plan, using the wiki to ask questions and problem-solve with other Climate Action Teams.
- Assess the new impacts of the institution, evaluate success of the year's actions, sharing lessons learned on the wiki.
